If you're having trouble moving on to your next assignment in Canvas, it's usually because a prerequisite assignment hasn’t been completed yet.
Here’s a quick troubleshooting tip:
- Log in to Canvas.
- Click on the "Modules" tab.
- Make sure all prerequisite assignments before the one you’re trying to access are completed.
This could include:
- Answering a required question
- Completing a required quiz and/or obtaining a passing score on that quiz
- Clicking a "Mark as Done" button at the bottom of a page
