What is MyCE?

My Clinical Exchange (MyCE) is a clinical scheduling and management platform used by select clinical and field sites affiliated with Axon Education. This platform helps streamline the onboarding and scheduling process for students placed at these clinical or field sites.

Why Do I Need MyCE?

If you are requesting a site that uses MyCE, you may be required to register for the platform. Please note:

1. Not all sites use MyCE — only certain clinical/field sites require it.
2. You should not register or create an account on MyCE until you have requested a site that specifically requires it.
3. The cost of the MyCE membership is the responsibility of the student.

When to Register

Do not complete registration for MyCE until:

1. You have requested a clinical or field site that requires it.
2. You have been notified by Axon Education that the site uses MyCE and you are required to create an account.

How to Register

If you are instructed to register for MyCE:

1. Please refer to the attached step-by-step guide for instructions on how to create your account and submit payment for your membership.
2. Once you have created your account, please email [email protected] to notify them that you're ready for the next steps.
