All students are required to pass their FISDAP exam(s) with a 70% or higher to meet program standards. The number of allowed attempts varies by program level:

EMT Students

1. FISDAP Final Readiness Exam
2. Total Attempts Allowed: 4
3. Passing Score Required: 70% or higher

Advanced EMT Students

1. All FISDAP Unit Exams
2. Attempts Allowed on Each Exam: 4
3. Passing Score: 70% or higher
4. FISDAP Final Readiness Exam
5. Total Attempts Allowed: 4
6. Passing Score: 70% or higher

Paramedic Students

1. All FISDAP Unit Exams
2. Attempts Allowed on Each Exam: 4
3. Passing Score: 70% or higher
4. FISDAP Final Readiness Exam
5. Total Attempts Allowed: 4
6. Passing Score: 70% or higher

Students are only required to take an exam until they pass it. You do not need to use all available attempts—once you pass, no further attempts are necessary. 

Fisdap provides a cut score breakdown; however, Axon does not use cut scores as a substitute for the required passing score of 70%.
