1. Print the Drug Screening Form: Download and print the attached drug screening form provided by Axon Education.
2. Find a Location: Locate the closest Any Lab Test Now center near you. No appointment necessary.
3. Walk-in Testing: Go to the Any Lab Test Now location to complete your drug panel test.
4. Billing: The student will be responsible for the cost of the drug screening. Axon does not pay for drug screening.

Students are not required to use Any Lab Test Now (ALTN) for their drug screening. If there is not an ALTN location near them, students may use another testing facility as long as the drug screening meets all of Axon’s drug screening requirements. Using ALTN may be advantageous for students because some locations offer lower rates to Axon students. However, discounted pricing is not guaranteed and may vary by location.
